Individual Therapy
If you prefer a one-on-one approach to counseling, we invite you to participate in individual therapy. Our clinicians have extensive training in helping trauma survivors recover and use an integrative approach that focuses on skill-building, developing resilience, and guiding you through the process of developing a social support network. We implement both directive and non-directive approaches, recognizing that true healing often requires more than talking about our feelings. We treat the whole person with emphasis on the mind-body connection and your inherent strengths. We also know the importance of understanding who you are in the context of your family, community, and culture.
