She has particular experience working with over functioning type A individuals, men looking to improve their relationship with themselves and their partner, couples and individuals going through transition and fertility challenges, all types of women's issues, people exploring multicultural identity issues, teenagers, people exploring non-traditional relationship structures, people in the queer community, and people in the sex work community. Erika has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. Prior to becoming a therapist, Erika was a doula and a high school teacher, and for decades worked as a leader in tech and advertising.

    “Kristi” holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and provides telehealth therapy to adults/couples experiencing relationship challenges, anxiety, mid-life transitions, grief and loss, and issues related to self-worth. She takes a holistic, collaborative approach, working with clients to create personalized plans that address their needs and support their goals. Drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based therapies, Kristi tailors her work to each client’s unique circumstances.     Ben Brown is a military veteran with a Master’s degree in Human Behavior. He specializes in helping men manage anger and develop assertive communication skills. Ben facilitates men’s anger management groups online and is available to provide one-on-one support to individuals who require a more customized plan of care. Ben also hosts a virtual support group for veterans.

  • Demitri Richmond, LICSW# 61352705

    Demitri Richmond is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and NAMA Certified Anger Management Specialist II based in the Pacific Northwest. She provides clinical supervision to registered Associates in California and Washington in addition to providing brief therapy to individuals through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). She is especially passionate about helping recent graduates develop a professional identity and teaching foundational skills such as assessing for suicidality, conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments, and establishing a collaborative relationship with clients at the onset of treatment. Demitri places emphasis on helping newer clinicians understand the role that poverty plays in a person’s life experience, and the challenges that men face, particularly with regard to accessing support.
